Today all residents got a notice posted on their front doors threatening to have cars parked in the fire lanes towed immediately. I have never seen anyone parked in the fire lanes. However, everyday the mangament parks their golf cart all day in the fire lane. What a bunch of hypocrites!!! Maybe the fire department will be getting a call tomorrow. Maybe then, managent will treat their residents with a little respect.

I wouldn't count on respect from these managers. One of them should be in a 12 step program and the other still carries anger from being teased in high school. They are unhappy with their own lives and take it out on those who have decided to rent here. Get out as soon as you can.

New management (Alliance) sucks. They never follow up on anything. Grounds starting to look like class B property. Very unfriendly to apartment renters. Bring back the previous management team so we can be treated like adults with respect. I agree with other respondents.
