Parking is tuff in the Seattle area but at least here you dont have to pay for your first spot.
Maint. issues are taken care of in 24 hours. As a home owner (once) I love this.
I have spent my last week every night watching the sunset over the water
and the the park across the street is a no dogs allowed gem.

This HAS to be management. A 5 overall?!?! A 5 for parking? 5 for office staff? Date posted 4/1/2009 and "I have spent my last week every night watching the sunset over the water..." Well, over the past 7 days (if not even the last 3 weeks) it has been basically overcast, cloudy, no hint of blue, or the ability to even see the sun or moon or stars! The ONLY clear day out of the last 7 was Saturday and still it wasn't always clear all day. And no dogs in the park across the street must mean dog owners are bringing their dog to do the dog's business on the property here cause there is dog poo everywhere EVEN after the groundskeepers take care of the lawn. I live on the first floor and I can step off my patio onto the lawn but I dont dare to do that let alone find dog $hit stuck to my shoe or feet. I guess the groundskeepers don't pick up Dog Poo either. By the way, every apartment complex up and down along Gene Coulon Memorial Park as well as probably most of Renton apartments offer the first parking spot free. This ISN'T DOWNTOWN Seattle...

With the photos off my balcony get real and a life chump. I have just signed another year lease and have 2 family members moving in. did I say my dog goes in the park NO but I DO. If you you are that unhappy here the change. But for me I lived in Seattle as a renter for a long time and for the price I have not found any place with as much stuff to do in walking distance, and it just is improving every week with the landing adding on new shops. You sound very bitter on the poo subject maybe you should focus on how with size restrictions in most places its nice for some people who may want a bigger dog for protection can do so. now on to the photos those were taken over the last month to send to my parents. I hope your life changes for the better because with my jobs I can come to a nice water view and relax in a friendly community. I hope some day you find the same peace. And no IM NOT A EMPLOYEE JUST A GUY WHO WAS HAPPY TO EXTEND HIS TIME IN MY HOME.
