The people living here appear to be irresponsible and there is poop ALL OVER THE LAWNS! Simply go visit if you are interested but don't walk in the grass! Not one or two small turds, we're talking dozens of large poop. It may be kids that I see walking their family dogs but then their parents need to teach them to pick up the poop. The management doesn't seem to care. They do provide free plastic bags next to the mailboxes but NO warnings or notices are given out. The front gate is for show only. They NEVER close it. The place was taken over by new management: Alliance Residential Company. I'll wait to reserve comment on that but the current people in the office are ho-hum and have blah attitudes. Rent is high but it's off Lake Washington & Gene Coulon Memorial Park so you pay a slight premium. Apartment front door for some reason don't block out noise and when people walk down the halls you can hear them. It's annoying at night when drunk friends are leaving neighbor's apartments. It's an ok place to live but I wish the neighbors would be more considerate and the office people would walk around more and make certain the upkeep of the grounds were up-to-snuff.

MR. ANONYMOUS Its easy to pick things apart but you should check your facts before mouthing off instead of hiding behind a rev iew board why not talk to parents who need to teach thier kids. Also as for claiming that mngt is writing reviews you could not be more nieve. When you decide to leave this apt complex dog poop is an issue everywhere and yes you do have to pay for parking at apt blds outside of seattle . Look at the bristol.
