Very satisfied with Bella Vista. Have lived here for 1.5 years in a huge 3 bedroom place with lake views and lots of windows. Alliance management company is responsive and makes continued improvements to the property. Office and management staff friendly and there are good leasing options. Neighbors are friendly, and location near Lake WA, Coulon Park and The Landing is great. Super easy access to freeways but the complex is quiet and calm. Families with kids enjoy this place.

I could not agree more. I have one of the water facing loft apt. and for a single guy its the the best. Kyaking right out more door.
