We just moved here after living in Bellevue, and so far we are extremely happy with Bella Vista, the apartment itself, the view and the surrounding area and the town of Renton. We looked at several other apartment communities in the Renton/Bellevue area and this one seemed by far the best value. We had a minor maintnenance issue that was addressed almost immediately. The staff has been extremely courteous and helpful. The neighbors we have met have been friendly. Would recommend this place with no reservations

You have met neighbors? I've been here 2 years and have never had anyone come close to returning my eye contact. VERY unfriendly
