We lived at Bella Vista for three years. Notice I said lived... When we first moved in here we were happy with the management. However, in the last year or so the new management is horrible. They are the most unsociable, unorganized and deceitful people I have ever met. There is a pet policy that I strongly disagree with also; an extra $20 a month per pet. Does that include all the ants and maggots that make their way into the home as well' Every summer we had an experience where ants take over our home inside and out. We complained and they sent a guy to spray but that doesn't resolve the situation since this place was built near a wet land area. The garbage area stinks the worst during the summer and nothing is ever done about that either. The parking is a joke. Every friday thru sunday cars arrive and park taking up the spaces for those of us who pay our rent leaving no parking for visitors. The noise level from the street, lake boats and the grounds keepers is too much to take as well. So much for the security gates either. Ever since the new management took over those gates have NEVER worked properly. It didn't surprise me a bit when there was a notice on our door about a robbery on the premises.
About the only thing I liked about this place was the location and accessiblity to stores and the highway. I will never recommend this place to anyone, unless I wanted them to live miserably. Think twice about moving here, it will become your worst rental nightmare. Don't be suckered into renting here no matter what the management people say.
