(1) Management could care less about you as a resident. These people are cold. (2) bugs, ants, spiders, flies. Nothing works. (3) NOISE! I've had to call the police numerous times to settle down wild parties. (4) Trash - dumpsters are so full all of the time, trash piles up in mounds. Recycling is a joke. (5) parking - there is none. Not sure where the party people parked but don't invite family or friends over to visit you. Their car may be towed.

Bottom line, the living environment is intolerable. If you move in, you will move out when your lease is up and be glad you got away.

Totally agree about the noise in particular (about other things mentioned as well). It seems that the management specifically chooses wild party lovers to live here. Had to call security several times about noise after midnight (without much success though). HORRIBLE place. Moved out a while ago.
