Benson Downs Apartments

I agree with every other tenant From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/17/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   THIS PLACE BLOWS ! I have never lived in a more horrible community of apartments in my life. $1,200/mo, and you have to walk from one end of the complex to the other just to park your car (if you are lucky enough to find a spot within the complex) and hike through the rain/sleet. There are about 2 friendly members of the management team, and they are far from courteous (returning phone calls, etc.) The apartment manager is your typical salesman (two-faced, and deceiving). Once you sign your lease... FORGET about any courtesy from her. Plan on having guests ' Better have em take the bus. You feel like you've won the lottery when you've found your own parking spot... think your guests are gonna park ' NOPE. I had guests over one night, had them park in front of my own vehicles, (thus only blocking our vehicles in/out). We woke up to the sound of a friendly neighbor pounding on our door to let us know that 4 of our cars were on tow trucks. 200 bucks a peice for one night of fun. Just to have them lowered from the trucks. Overall, this place is a nightmare, and I would not recomment the move-in to my worst enemy.
