Benson Downs Apartments

If you want poor management, then move here! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/5/2003 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001   I swear, the management staff at benson downs changed every 6 months. As a result, it was difficult to contest things that have happened in the past. They keep no records of anything! If they do...they can't find it! Parking is horrible! I received a ticket for parking in a handicap spot because I was waiting for someone to be towed from my own covered parking spot! So I had to contest it in court. What a waste of time and money! If you want lousy management and don't own a car, move to Benson Downs. Otherwise, look for another apartment!
