The place looks nice but was built so incredibly cheap. You can't wash anything off the walls - the paint comes off. The office is so disorganized so hopefully you won't need to contact them for anything. When we moved out of the place we cleaned it impeccalbly, but they wanted to keep almost all of our deposit and charge us for a brand new carpet from one stain - claiming that a 1200 square foot apartmen is seamless. Parking is almost impossible - you have to pay for a spot if you want to be able to park within the complex after 5 or so. If you don't desire quality, this place is fine, but definitely overpriced for what they offer.
