I had to relocate from Missouri to the Renton area, I first spoke with the Assistant Manager who was more than willing to help me. I ended up renting a large 916sqft 2bedroom. They made it so easy for me to move. I ended up arriving at about 8:30pm that night. The office closed at 6:00 pm but I had spoke with the Assistant earlier that day, she told me just to call the night attendant when I arrived and she would personally come escort me to my new home. I could not thank her enough.

The staff is wonderful,they helped setting up my utilities. My whole moving experience was wonderful. I was pleased with my choice in moving here. The ameneties are wonderful and tanning was free. That's something I really enjoyed. The property is always CLEAN...They only have one trash compactor so there isn't alot of debris throughout the community.
