Benson Downs Apartments

From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/25/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   again parking was absolutely a nightmare. the walls are paper thin, i could hear the neibors answering machine. the staff sent me a notice to renew my lease a month too early. they didnt keep good records and told me i didnt return something, when i know i did. but due to the poor staff they didnt document anything i returned when i did returned items. they sent me to a collection agency within a week after i moved out and i was never late on rent or had any probems throughout the year. the collection agency laughed at them and eventually benson downs made an appology to me, but the damage was done. people were always parking in handicap spots because there was no parking.
