DON'T MOVE HERE! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/26/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   Lived here 6 months too long-no parking spaces-someone always in handicapped spot(& I have a handicapped sticker) One day late on rent-eviction proceeding started. Won't allow you to pay back rent-constantly threaten to put your possesions out in parking lot-walls made of paper-can hear actual conversations-upstairs neighbors broke glass in picture frames, kids screaming jumping on floor-management refuses to do anything-in 6 months tried to raise rent twice. Manager real ------strongly discourages you from using recreational facilites,videos(kiddie stuff) TV, tanning, excercise stuff,swimming pool closed. Free Sat. morn brunch is stale donuts,unripe fruit.Free cookie(1 only) and coffee(no refill) Too pricy for what you get.Move here if you like lots of short-term traffic,noisy neighbors, one garbage can for whole complex, can't get any TV reception without cable,being ripped off for rent-cheaper places surrounding here have better service.
