Benson Downs Apartments

Great location, reasonable rent, I love it! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/8/2001 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2001   I've lived here for a few months now, and I just have to say that the previous reviews were quite off. I have totally enjoyed my experience so far. The clubhouse is WONDERFUL, with great management, fabulous workout room, tanning bed and pool. The apartment itself is beyond anything I ever expected. You can choose your color scheme, which I loved, and the bedrooms are good sizes. The management is great about everything. (We must call every other day with one stupid question or another!)Another plus: we even hear frogs singing at night! It's great to be 20 minutes from Seattle (30 from Tacoma) but still have this almost suburban atmosphere. Great for someone willing to do a communte. (Warning: Traffic to Seattle is HORRID in the morning, so take the bus.) Oh, and parking isn't that bad, and we have three cars.
