Parking very poor, I had to rent two covered spaces at $25.00 per month each. Rent is relatively pricey to beging with. Has Millenium Cable, very poor channel selection. I was fortunate enough to face the correct direction and got DirectTV Dish at the same price for at least double the channels.
In general a very poor value. Office help is not good...at best.
