Too Much turnover & dog mess

THe palce is cheaply built. there is too much turn over in the office that they don't know their ass from their elbow. They can't give you a straight answere because their "hands are tied." TOO WHAT. THey are leting large dogs with lazy owners move in so there is dog sh__ everywhere!!
