S.W.A.T From: BensRes Date posted: 3/7/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   So there was SWAT out here the other week, a little scary, huh' Would you never go to a grocery store again if there was a shop lifter caught in front of your eyes. Unfortunetly, there was a situation where a resident had an aquataince at the house. What can you do' Screen every guest that comes through the gate' Or just be happy that they were caught and get over it. It's life. This website bothers me, because I have lived here for a couple years now. And neighbors may not be great at times. But this is apartment living.Management staff has changed. Because people's lives change. Staff were promoted within the company. Or had a better opportunity in general. Let's look at facts, Kathy and Liz have been there for about 2yrs, Christina for over 1yr and then there is Ted, the new kid, about 6 months. Maintenance has been here since I've lived here and heard that they've been here since it's been built. Parking isn't good at times. But look at the hours you complainers all come home. When parking should be full. Yes some of you work odd shifts. But the typical family/person comes home early evening when parking is very sufficient. You all come home very late at night (11pm to 4am) How come you don't rent a spot to guarantee a place to park when you come home' You know your schedule. And if you had a spot, wouldn't you let your guest park in it to guarantee them something out of comman courtesy' GET OVER IT. If you can do better than every one there then suggest something. Don't hide behind a website to post your frustrations and stretch the truth. How childish. Sincerely, A VERY HAPPY RESIDENT P.S. Comcast is the cable company now!!!! Because Millenium did SUCK!!
