Move in at Your Own Risk From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/15/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   When we first moved in, management was great, very polite with great attitudes. As soon as we moved in they changed and became very unpleasant to even talk to. Most neighbors were very rude. I dont care what anyone says, the parking situation is attrocious. Most people have better gyms in their houses. We had to hike about 200 yards to take out the trash. When you move out, they keep a portion of your deposit for cleaning fees (no matter how clean you place is) and of course fail to make that clear to you as you are moving in. We moved here because we needed a quick place to stay. Six months later we could not wait to get out. I think it is funny that all of the negative feedback agrees on the parking situation, garbage and so on. yet there is a few positive messages here and there. Makes me wonder if management is not writing their own feedback to save face. DO NOT MOVE HERE.
