Poor Management

As in most businesses, it all comes down to management. We've lived her for about 5 years, choosing only to stay due to work location. Since moving into our 3-bedroom apartment (started off in a 1-bedroom unit), management has consistently put renters above us (we're on the ground floor) that either have kids or large groups of people. It's a constant barrage of noise each and every day.
Complaints are made to management and their solution is for us to approach the neighbors and tell them they're making too much noise. We thought that was the job of the management staff. Why should we create a possible confrontational situation' That's what management is for; to address issues and concerns of tenants.
We pay an additional fee for an enclosed garage unit and the door has not been operational for three (3) months now. Maintenance keeps telling us they have to order a completely new garage door opener system as the old one just can't be made to work. We're still waiting!
Look elsewhere, if you want our advice.
