make your own decision From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/19/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   if you can find me one place that doesnt have someone mad at them then that would be a miracle. all these people that say that the office staff is a pain and customer service is a joke never even gave them a chance ive been in customer service before and sure everyone gets a little edgy but that's human nature. when did you last get mad at a person for cutting you off' the only time someone writes on these things is if they had a bad experience once, but they dont tell you about the good things that happen all the time. they might not always have a smile on their face but they are always happy to see you. You just have to talk to them. any way enough rambling on about the staff. the parking on the other hand is a different story of course I have been here for over two years and my neighbors have been here since time began. (their old)before I even moved in I made sure that I had a parking spot I didnt want to go through what I did at my other apt. not going to bad mouth the place though. but the apartments are really trying to make a change in the way the parking is. one of the guys in the office Ted was telling me that he gave up his parking spot and a garage to accomadate a resident but of course thats not customer service!!! like I said before give the place a chance rate it yourself dont let someone tell you how to live or where. good hunting I will bet the staff will be more than happy to help you
