Benson Downs Apartments

RUN From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/9/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   Ok, I have been here for about a year. At first things were fine and they were responding to my issues very well. However, the parking issue has become a problem. They have rented out my space on numerous occasions. I have no idea how they keep giving a space that I have had since I moved in here away to other tenants. It would be ok if they would fix it, but, it doesn't seem as if they are in a big hurry to do so. One of the office workers was very rude when I inquired about my space. She told me that she didn't know what I should do about finding a place to park that night. I thought that was horrible customer service. The walls here are thin. I can hear everything that my neighbors do. From snoring, to early morning arguments. Its all too much for me. Personally, I would find another place. I know I will at the end of my lease.
