Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2005
 
the same thing happened to me with my deposit, refund- no, i had to pay, only i did request a walk through and they said all was good, i went to go move int another place and I had something in collections for $150.00 for cleaning. They are scamming people. I am now in the process if taking them to court, dumb asses, I have in writing all was fine.
