Benson Downs Apartments

Been Here Too Long From: Hanaleiguy Date posted: 4/27/2005 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005   I've previously managed an apartment/hotel complex myself so I speak with some authority and knowledge. Benson Downs is simply a terrible place to live. Don't even get me started with the parking issue. Employees who work and reside there have several personal vehicles, several of which don't run, but they take up valuable parking space. A new policy has just been implemented and a person paying rent for a 3-bedroom apartment only has ONE parking stall! Expect to step in dog poop! The residents here are way too busy to pick up after their own pets. And cats just wander all over the place. Management & office personnel are rude and akin to used car sales people. Once they get you into an apartment, they no longer deal with you. I could go on and on, but space is limited.
