Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2003
I lived thre when they were Brand New, and we had a wonderful Manager, "Tammy." But after her second pregnancy they did not bring her back. Things sent from bad to worse after that.
I finally moved out, and was charged for things, that the Maintenance Mgr where I am living told me I should never have been charged for, that after living there more than 3 years, should have been normal maintenance items to take care of.
Management no longer cared about what was going on, not to mention the fact that it was discovered that one of the maintenance staff was on drugs.
