Looks Nice From: mcriedel Date posted: 9/8/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005 1 response   I liked this place because it looked nice it is very modern all the appliances are nice as well as the kitchen. What i disliked about this place was the thin walls. You can hear the water trickled down when someone flushes the toilet, as well as your neighbor's conversations. The parking is also horrendous. I was given a free carport. When my lease ended they tried to charge me full price for the carport 25$ and raised my rent 20$ while also trying to force me into a 12month lease. The traffic in this area is also pretty bad. It backs up from the nearest intersection past the entrance during morning rush hour.
