That's how I got through the scary nights at Benson Downs. It had basically paper thin walls and really lousy tenants who would stomp around at 12-4am! Parking is hell. You need to probably shell out some 50-100 bucks PLUS luck to get a parking spot. They do keep the place clean... that's about it. They seem to want to do anything to get people to move in - then they forget about you. Forget about a quiet lifestyle - they have college/kids who would party with their stupid loud boomboxes every weekend.
NOT TO MENTION that they don't keep the place very secure - every week there would be a report of a car break-in (including mine - a mp3 cd player gone a broken window).
