No Way, Jose! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/21/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   What can be said that hasnt been already' The parking is terrible! There is less than 1 space per apt...The 'secure' gate does nothing but slow residents down, anyone can just wait and drive through the exit as someone leaves. My car was broken into and almost stolen, when it was found by maintainance across 2 spots, it was immediately towed! The office never bothered to find the owner! The ONE time I parked in a fire lane (because there were literally NO other spots), I recieved an orange 'tow' sticker that no one else seems to get. THe rent is outragously high for the service provided. With such a great number of other communities just blocks away, you would be better off searching them all out before moving here! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!
