They look great, but they are nothing close to it. Like everyone else...the parking is terrible. Rent is to high, water bill is to high, my storage locker has been broken into more than once. My neighbors fight all the time at all hours of the night. Don't bother reporting it to the office cause they don't do anything. There are many handicap spots on the property and not many residence that need it. You have to walk up stair to every apartment why would there be the need for a handicap spot. I agree every place needs some, but they have about 2 to every building that is a better ratio to regular spots to apartments. Dogs are welcome and they have lazy owners who leave the crap everywhere so when you walk to your car you step in it. The spa didn't work all of last summer and the pool is over run by unbehaved children with no parental supervision and you think management cares' Wait till the day that one of the kids are playing and can't swim and there are no parents around. There is so much I could write about this property to make you stay away, but I will cut it short. Get this I had to rent a 2br to get a cheap rate cause the 1br's were $100 more a month.
