Domestic Violence From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/2/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I agree with others, who've complained about management. I am a victim of domestic violence and stalking, state law mandates that I am able to break my lease. The property manager K.W., lied about conversations and she attempted to fight me on the issue by using the threat of a lawyer. Fortunately, good triumphed over evil in the case. Now, I just have to make sure that don't screw me over the deposit! If so, freedom, safety and a peaceful mind is priceless. Also, the walls are thin...there is no parking...security gate lacks security, $100.00 deposit for dish t.v., high w/s/g bill (at least $70.00 a month for 2 bdrm/2 bath) and young people like to drive through and honk their horns at all hours. Nice apartments, but a poor quality of living...
