If you decide to rent here, be sure not to get a bottom floor unit. I am not only able to hear all of the upstairs plumbing (washers, sinks, toilets) running down the pipe between my bathroom and bedroom wall, but I can also hear them using the toilet, which is disturbing in and of itself. At first, the staff was wonderful, but once they got me to sign, it went downhill. Everytime I have used the emmenities here, I have been questions if I really am a renter. It is like a hassle to the staff that I would like to use the tanning beds or the gym. Parking is horrible, but most complexes have parking problems. I would suggest spending the extra money for a carport, although that does not neccesarily constitute a parking spot. I've come home on many occations to find a car in the spot I pay 50 dollars for every month. The pet deposit is rediculous, and I had to pay 15 extra a month for a cat. I't not a bad place to live, but it is very overpriced for what you get, and the attitude you get from the staff.
