to move out! This place has been a nightmare! It was my first apartment and horrible. My first night there they gave me a gate card that didn't work. My apartment came with a free carport but they couldn't tell me which one until a week later.And the spot they gave me was almost a quarter mile away. And the parking there is impossible!! Don't expect to find a spot in the same time zone anytime after 5pm. Within the first 2 days I was there my garbage disposal and bathroom fan broke. I will give them the credit of fixing it in a timely manner. What I won't give them is that they do nothing for noise. The walls are paper thin so you can hear anything from conversations to friskyness. I was of course on the bottom floor and my upstairs neighbors would vacuum and do laundry at 3am, and management never did anything, even though I was in there everyweek! Not to mention when my lease was up I went to the office to find out my options they refused to help me until I got a notice on my door. Which I didn't get until 6 days before my lease was up and then they raised my rent $80. But if I wanted to give notice it was too late for that so I would have to get a 1 month lease for $1100. But I have to say one of the worst things is that my bedroom window was at ground level and the property is home to skunks. So forget leaving your window open on hot days... Well unless you like your apartment to smell of skunk. I wouldn't recommend these apartments to my worst enemy!
