First off... lived here for a year, really sucky parking, unless you love to walk with handfuls of groceries, then it would be a dream for you. The gate is CONSTANTLY broken, it is more of a pain then it is worth, and seriously, do they expect it to keep people out' It never closes, and once it is closed, it stays that way. My car was broken into, nothing stolen, but just some punk kids screwing around. If you have pets, they charge you an extra 15 bucks a month on top of the $500 deposit which they lied about originally and said it was $400...total rip off. Which leads me to the outrageous rent, brand new place open down the street and it is still cheaper then this place. The water quality is the worst I have ever had to deal with, I had to buy a special shower head that filtered out all the minerals and chemicals that made my skin dry out and itch like mad. Also, be wary, they say they are giving you a free month by spreading it over the term of your lease but that is a load of bull; you can find places with the same price (or better) that don't use the free month gimmick. Stay away from the 3rd floor, the safety you feel by being high up is shattered by the fact that there are catwalks right outside you bedroom window that people can (and will) walk on at 3am.
In general the grounds are kept up well, and the overall feeling you get while living here is one of safety and security due to the open nature of the landscaping and building placement. I had no large issues with the management, any problems I did have were taken care of promptly (save for the 4 times I had to go and get a key remade because the keys they gave me were poorly made and would stick in the lock). I never required maintenance since I fixed everything myself. The greenbelt is nice if you get an apartment on it and the balconies are decent sized with nice storage attached to them. Fairly new appliances, had no problems with them (you may want to make them clean out the dryer vent before you move in though, mine was stuffed full and the dryer wouldn't work properly). If you can afford it, the garage is very nice, quite spacious if used right, we could fit our car and plenty of boxes.
I would not recommend this apartment complex due to the fact that it is just not nearly worth the amount you pay for it, all of the issues stated above would be acceptable if only the rent were say 100 -150 bucks cheaper.
