I have been a resident at this Simpson Property Group complex for almost three years. The quality of tenant that has been allowed to move in has steadily decreased. There is a constant garbage problem. Every winter there is ice on the steps and sidewalk and nothing is done about it. The water main and various pipes have frozen/broken numerous times in and around our building. The maintenance crew left a hole in the exterior wall of our building for several months and animals built nests above the ceiling of my unit. The siding is constantly loose and makes a racket every time the wind blows. Finally, the staff mishandled my rent check, causing me to incur a late payment and large late fee. They took no responsibility for their error. This is one lease that will not be renewed.

Hey I know what your talking about. Been There!! Writing to Simpson Property doesn't help either. There is no sense of urgency in taking care of or resolving problems. But write a letter anyway, they can't ignore all of us!
