Benson Downs Apartments

Apt not worth the extra rent for the area From: travelleriam Date posted: 2/27/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   The area the apt is located in has too many break-ins. So far in the 6 months I lived there I have had 3 acts of vandalism on my property. The area is really bad for this type of criminal activity. Not enough security on the Grounds. Parking is crowded. The staff reneged on a answer regarding parking my enclosed trailer in the back lot, after I had moved in for a month. The walls are really thin, I can hear my neighbors normal conversation at night.
