When I first saw the apartment, they were nice for the price.
Until.... I moved in and everything went down hill.
My child went to the cabana several times to use the computer or get some popcorn and every time was question by Kathy like she was a criminal.. She wanted to know my child's name, birthday, what apartment you live in, and who was the lease under'
Paula and Kathy are the most dishonest and disrespectful people I've ever met in the rental business.
The walls are thin. You can hear you neighbor talking or using the bathroom.
Parking is tight - Guests have to drive around to find parking.
I just signed a new lease, which I really DID NOT want to do. I 'm trying to stay in the area, so my child can finish this upcoming school year.
Suggestion on other apartments in the area'

I think kids tend to get grilled more often because the gangbanger-wannabe kids from other complexes (mostly the Madison, I believe) keep wandering in and trying to use the facilities. Which might be curbed if they ever kept the gate in good repair...
Of course, this in NO WAY excuses their treatment of your daughter...given my own personal experiences with them I'd venture to say they literally lack the brain cells necessary to remember her face twice in a row. I'd suggest filing formal complaints if they continue, managing apartments does not give one the right to harrass the residents!
