Management is good, but it is getting very ghetto

I am currently moving out and have been at Benson for 2 years. At the beginning it was a great place to live, friendly, safe and secure. The staff has always been very helpful, expecially Paula, she is the best of them all! Even helped my wife with a flat once.
Parking is a bit tight but we have seldomly had to park far away from our building. The complex is generally very clean, and the rest of the staff is also very friendly.
There is a negative side tough: The quality of residents has been deteriorating for the last year, and I am not the only one to notice that. There was even a rumor flying around that they are accepting section 8 now. It is easy to see that in some apartments there are 5 wannabe gangbangers all shacked up together in order to afford the rent. Hence it has lost the prestige it once appeared to have.

I've previously lived at Benson Downs approximatley 4 yrs ago, and recently moved back in July. My apartment is a slump. I've put in Maintenance work orders to only have the staff state they did not receive them, also sent emails to one of the male office staff to only have him say "Every time I speak with you, you have a complaint or a maintenance work order". My response the entire staff had to know the condition of this unit, and failed to properly put it back together for rental. I am now talking with an attorney to view my options. I just want out, before my ceiling caves in.
