I recently moved from Benson Downs in Nov.2007 we really enjoyed living there I though the activities for the children were great, Paula and other two leasing guys were great always helpful, Kathy on the other hand was not to likeable, she was rude and rude to my children on several occasions! Parking spaces way too small and I did have a hit & run on my car and so I decided for the money I pay to rent here I deserve a garage so I bought a condo if I ever had to rent again I would definetly rent from Benson Downs again!

And for all the people complaining about them charging you when you move out if you do what you're suppose to do you will only be charged for the basic carpets, paint, ect however if you leave it dirty and nasty yes they will charge you who wouldn't''' Read your lease carefully

I had a cleaning crew come into my apt and take care of it and I did a walk through with them upon move out and they said everything looked fine. They had me sign the move out form showing no extra charges. Then the one they mailed me as my copy showed $300 in charges. Maybe they have new management cause I never met a Kathy. I believe the lady was Michelle. They know they were wrong. You were just lucky. I have never lost a deposit on a place before. This was the only one where I had problems.
