The uncariness of the staff

I moved back to BDA after 3-4 yrs. I now know I made the worst mistake. My unit is a dump. I moved in late July, and was informed on the day of inspecting the unit maintenance would be out next week to replace the kitchen, and entry way vinyl. Well guess what the kitchen floor was replaced 12/10/07, wow, and my other maintenance request have gone incompleted. I've sent emails to staff and also went on line to make my maintenance request known-huh nothing so far-except the kitchen floor. At the time of move in I did not notice the patio slider did not have a secure lock and my son's bedroom window-which located by stairs did not have a secure lock. Those are just about the only items that I've had repaired. Believe me there is a list of stuff that is in need of repair. I am hoping ceiling in the master bedroom collapse so that I really have a claim. The management staff is uncaring, and do very little to keep the apartment units up. I now have a stench coming from under my stove, the stove I will not cook on the kitchen is terrible. and so is most of the apartment. I did not notice alot of the things until I was months into renting. And the kicker when asked if I could relocate to another unit-the answer was "YES" for an additional $300.00 and I had not been in my unit for 90 days. They are a big rip off and I will never recomming BDA to anyone, in fact If I know of anyone looking I would tell them to advoid them like a plague.
