My boyfriend and I chose this apartment because A.) It was close to work B.) Because we really needed to move. Now looking back on it, it was probably a bad idea. We locked into a year long lease so the rent would be cheaper. (I can't believe how much they charge for a 6 month!!) We have 6 months left on our lease and I am counting the days! The walls are thin so we can hear everything our upstairs neighbor does (including peeing). I am VERY thankful we have quiet neighbors because I don't know how I would live with that.

I had a stalking problem a few months back in an area about 10 minutes from here. The police told me they lived in Benson Downs as well! I have not seen the guy or his car since but it definitely gives me the creeps whenever I go outside after dark.

We are also having a problem with the staff at the moment and I find them being very unprofessional and unresponsive about our issue. If I were you, I would pass this up!

update: I went to BD to get a tour and have to admit... all the negative comments are completely true. The staff, Paula and manager, I don't know her name but I assume it's Cathy, are VERY rude. My boyfriend and I didn't even sign a lease yet and were already getting the 3rd degree! In the middle of our walk-through we just left... the apartments were nothing like the photos and videos we saw on the website.
