DEAR ANONYMOUS, the the facts are the rules are now being enfored and a tremendous amount of expense and work has been going on during the last 45 days of new ownership, any one can see the new parking lot, video security system, signage, dozens of workers making improvements. Again, maybe you should move to a place where you would be happy?

These "improvements" you list there, are not as yet in evidence. So, continue to toot your horn about them if you like, the fact of the matter is, until the tenants actually see some improvements, you have nothing more then the old owner did. As for the new management, this "new" guy is intent to rule the complex through fear, and threats of eviction to get his way. Hardly the right way to run a complex, let alone keep tenants. At least with the old management we all knew where we stood, they were idiots, but they left us all alone, and never once threatened anyone.

Dear Anonymous, As far as the old management went yes they left us alone but they also didn't do anything around here.For months i told them about my garbage disposal and the electrical outlets in my room and they turned a deaf ear to me. The new management is on it when something goes wrong they are right there to fix it, the new managers are great people they don't rule the complex, they don't threaten you, maybe you feel threatened because of all the changes going on but it's just like everything else in life changes are going to happen and if you don't like it than maybe you need to go somewhere else.

It's obvious to me who's really writing most of these responses. Anytime one of these ends with "maybe you should go somewhere else" Or "move somewhere you would be happier" there's no question it's either the owner or the manager.
