Benson Estates has been an awesome place to live. The management has been more than helpful. They definately help weed out the bad people from moving in and provide a safe environment. They recently put up security cameras and repaved the parking lot and keep the complex very neat and tidy. They are always helpful and provide fast turn-arounds on maintanence. Overall Besnon Estates is a great place to live, I am very satified with my choice of apartments.
