I wouldn't normally take the time to voice my opinion on a review site like this one unless something was exceptionally good or bad. In this case bad. I've never been subjected to such an unprofessional representation of a facility in my life. Everything in the other review about the threatening and intimidation is true. We're not lying here. The majority of the good reviews are written by the manager to keep the rating up on this site. There are people who live here that hate everything about this place and would move in a heartbeat if they could afford it. It really annoys me to see the response given by the manager to "just move if you're so unhappy" like everyone's got $1000 just sitting in the bank to apartment hop when things get bad. The reason people moved here in the first place was because of the affordability. That was years before the new owners took over. I was told by an inside source that the reason for the price hike was to get the "lowlife's" outta here. Word for word people, that's no joke. As for all of these improvements, 10% of the actual parking lot was paved, and that was right in front of the managers house. Oh, there is one camera, guess where' It's on the managers house. When I told the manager that I didn't think that he cared about tenants here he said to me "That's your opinion and opinions are like -------s, everyone's got one" Very professional, wouldn't you agree'
