The noise problem(s) have been dealt with so that is no longer a problem. The apt. mgr. has been very helpful in regard to my concerns and questions though I do wish they were more consistent and competitive with the rent rates but those rules come from the property owners. Maintenance has improved. Parking is bad in some areas but good in others.

I called the cops because they were hanging out outside our DOOR! There is NO control what-so-ever. They do not lift a finger.

They have effectively taken care of this issue. There hasn't been a problem since they spoke with the parents.

call or emaail the better business bureau if you cant get what you need from your apartments there will be some action then cause it will notify corporate office.
