One assigned Parking space but some of them are very narrow. It is hard to park if you have a full size or SUV. Narely ok for mid-size cars. My SUV got a couple of dents on it due it is parked too close to other cars.

There is a strong odor in the hall way. It seems people smoke there and the carpet in the hall way has never been cleaned. Hall way has many scrataches.

Window has no screens. Hot in summer, warmer in winter.

Maintanance is not so good. But the reponse to request to repair is ok.

strong order inside apartment too. Not sure whether it is from the paint or carpet.

Recently there is a new apartment manager and he think he is your boss. When there are a disagreement he often just tell you to move out in a loud voice.

It is cheap and ok place to live.

I have lived there for more than 1 year and I need to move out.
