The apartment is not well maintained. The hall way is smelly. It is not clean at all. Manager usually do not appear at the office at regular time.
The landry room is crowded. recently they also added to limit the landry room access hour making landry very difficult.
The rent is not high. But if you can afford to pay an extra $50 or so, I suggest you find somewhere else.
It is very hot in the summer. They do not even have screen for the window.
