BEWARE, My lease agreement ended sept. 30, 2009. The landlord at Copperridge apartments left a notice at my door stating I will be charged Octobers rent becuase they said my letter to vacate has to be 20 days before move out day. They said my notice was 5 days late and they re going to bill me for Octobers rent.
