horrid! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/10/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008 1 response   As if the sagging deck and black mold weren't enough... we wound up with an $800 electric bill...for ONE month...due to a faulty water heater which they did not want to fix. We're moving out, and considering taking them to small claims court over it. Their error, documentation is good, even PSE is on our side! Love the assistant managers, they are really nice gals, but that does not make up for all the crap at this complex. Our front door is falling off the hinges, can't wait to see how they make that our fault at move out!
