Parkin: sucks??there are only a handful of guest parking spots and they go fast, plus a few are permently taken. If you plan on having someone over often you should consider getting a second covered spot. but you do get one assigned spot, i only had someone else park in my spot once.

Noise: for the most part the place is quiet. You do have a few neighbors that make a bit of noise but not every day. During the summer when school is out there are always kids in the pool that can be heard throughout the complex, even after the pool closes. The insulation between walls is great, I almost never hear any of the neighbors next to me, but I can hear the neighbors above me walk across their apartment or watching TV if it is directly above me. the place is surrounded by trees which help muffle traffic noise. depending on which building you live in you can keep a window open at night with no distracting traffic noise.

grounds: are kept clean and neat. but don??t take a chortcut through the grass. A lot of people have pets and not all of them clean up after them. they do over water a lot. No matter how much it rains you can hear the sprinklers kick in at night. In the morning there are streams across the pavement of excess watering??I am mention this mainly because I find it contradictory that when you move in they give you a pamphlet and explain how to conserve water at your apartment. After all it is your money that pays their water bill.

The staff: is very professional and courteous.

When you check out??ASK for a walkthough assessment, demand it (I believe the law requires it if you ask). They WILL charge you for everything. There must be a set of cleaning fees they just throw on when you leave, regardless of the condition of your apartment?? I keep my place clean, out of all the apartments I lived in I have never damaged them or been charged until this one. I did nothing to the wall other than hand a few pictures, apparently this is not normal wear and tear and the entire apartment was repainted "A tack hole is not normal wear and tear, it is considered damage". I mentioned ??Painting does not fix damages walls.?? I was then told there were smudge marks that could not be touched up because it would be visible against the old (1year old) paint. I said ??so there were smudge marks on every wall'??. They said that if one wall is painted it will stand out against the old paint, so all the walls and doors were painted.
I cleaned the apartment, I even dusted all the drawers spaces not visible, but was charged for a professional cleaning. There are only 2 windows and I was charged for professional blind cleaning. It was explained to me that they always have the carpet cleaned and that it would come out of the security deposit, so I was expecting that. Also I noticed when I moved in that the drip pans were brand new, so I expected to be charged for them as well. I assume this is a corporate decision so no matter how nice the staff at this location is or what they tell you, you can expect to be charged for excessive cleaning. you can aslo expect to not get any of you security deposite back and in fact owe them more.

i am recomending this place with a warning. if you do not plan to live here long it will not be worth your money. i am leaving because of the increase in rent. it will cost you a lot to move in AND out. but if you are here for a while it is a nice place with a good location.
