Live here' You bet. Marina Landing is by far the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. I recently moved in July. I loved that it had been recently remodeled and was very cute on the inside. There was a slight problem with parking when I first moved in...I had to walk all the way around the building to get to our covered parking assigned lot. There was free uncovered parking which was sometimes full...sometimes not. However, this recently fixed that problem. The maintenance people are promt and friendly. We had some problems with the disposal right when we moved in. When we notified them--they came in the next day. The club house is great-the fitness center isn't supposed to be open 24hours which is a minor incconvenience...however, you do have a key. They bake fresh cookies every day too! How can you not like that' The only draw back for me is that the commute to work in Seattle really sucks....but thats what you get when you live in Renton. Its nice that there is freeway access. I really don't know how I'm going to be able to get a nicer apt. for my money anywhere else. Its not cheap..but we got a deal when we moved in this summer. I Love living here!
