There's a chance I'll be moving out of state after my lease expires, and I will have to serach high and low to find a place that includes so many great things as Marina. I have had no problems at this apartment at all since I moved here sight-unseen from across the country last year. It has beautiful views, is quiet, filled with great neighbors - many of whom have become great friends, close to a wonderful park on a huge lake with walking and running paths, close to major highways and easy access to downtown Seattle and the airport as well as outlying cities and shopping and the mountains, great staff who have always been friendly and welcoming and try to do extra things for the residents that I've never seen in any other apartment I've lived - making me feel like the clubhouse is an extension of my home, and I always have my parking space. The few times I've called for small maintenance requests, someone has been at my door within hours with a smile and perfect results. I will miss this place if I move away, and can only hope to find a new home that will make me feel as welcome, safe, and comfortable as marina.
